2 cups fresh raspberry puree
1 gallon whole milk
375 milliliters lemon juice
750 milliliters (1 bottle) Nippitaty organic gin

ingredients
steps
- In a large bowl or container with a lid, add cereal and raspberry puree, then pour in milk and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
- Use a fine mesh strainer to strain milk, discarding cereal, and return liquid to bowl. Add lemon juice, gin, Frangelico, and crème de cocoa; cover and refrigerate for another 12 to 24 hours to allow punch to curdle. (You’ll see a gradual separation happening during this time.)
- Set a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter over a large container. Slowly pour in milk punch and allow clarified liquid to drip through. (This clarification process increases refrigerated shelf life and also makes this punch drinkable for those with dairy sensitivities.) Repeat process as needed with remaining viscous solids, using a fresh filter, to extract the most liquid.Refrigerate up to 1 week or decant into a punch bowl and serve immediately in a rocks glass with a large ice cube; garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig.
