For the rose water spritz, which adds a floral nose to the drink, she prefers using brands like Cortas or Fee Brothers.

2 ounces Trä Kál
¾ ounce grenadine
½ ounce dry curaçao
¾ ounce lemon juice
Spritz of rose water
Garnish: Pastel-colored violet

pomegranate juice,
a whisper of orange blossom water
Ingredients
For the Grenadine

- In a cocktail tin, combine Trä Kál, grenadine, curaçao, and lemon juice.
- Add ice and shake vigorously until frost forms on the tin.
- Strain once, then pour through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coup.
- Spritz the top with rose water and garnish with violet.
