In a Family Diffuser, Pink Peppercorn-Szechuan meets gin. This drink will make your tastebuds dance as you delight in the warm heat from the pepper extract and cocktail spice, and feel the fizz from the black cherry soda.
1 (3-inch) sprig rosemary
12 drops Pink Peppercorn-Szechuan Blend
½ ounce lime juice
1½ ounces gin
2 ounces black cherry soda (such as New York Seltzer)
Make the Pink Peppercorn-Szechuan Blend
- Combine three parts pink peppercorn extract (such as Alice and the Magician) with two parts Addition Szechuan Pepper Cocktail Spice.
Make the Family Diffuser
- Using a butane torch or handheld lighter, torch rosemary in a rocks glass until fragrant. Top with Pink Peppercorn-Szechuan Blend, lime juice, gin, and soda. Stir to combine and top with ice.
