    Forthe Citric Solution
  • 7% citric acid
  • 0.5 ounces water
    • For the Cocktail
  • 1.5 ounces Distillery of Modern Art Amaro Peach
  • 0.75 ounce Crème De Menthe
  • 0.5 ounce Citric Solution
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes, Bittermens Transatlantic Bitters

Make the Citric Solution

  1. Add 7% citric acid to the half an ounce of water and mix thoroughly

Make the Cocktail

  1. Stir together all ingredients and serve.
