Apple Mint Raita


2 cups yogurt, whisked smooth

¼ teaspoon chaat masala

¾ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

¼ teaspoon red chili powder

1 Granny Smith apple, chopped brunoise

1 teaspoon mint leaves, chopped

½ teaspoon sugar

Salt to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
