Blood Orange Spritz

By: The Local Palate
A Blood Orange Cocktail. A bright yellow, red, and orange drink. The colors are swirling together in the glass. A slice of orange is inside.

This blood orange-inspired cocktail from Apothecary in Dallas, Texas, is perfect for those with a palate that loves bitter. With dashes of Aperol, lemon, green apple, and cardamom bitters, it’s a refreshing and chilled spritz to beat the heat and simulate the sunset with its gorgeous hues, topped with sparkling rosé for an effervescent, spicy, and tart effect.
