Makes 1 cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Hat Trick gin
  • 1 ounce Comoz vermouth
  • 1 ounce Tio Pepe fino sherry
  • 1 crushed green olive
  • 1 orange peel

  1. In a cocktail tin filled with ice, stir gin, vermouth, and sherry. Place olive in a nick and nora glass, then strain drink over top. Rub orange peel along rim and express oil into drink. Discard peel and serve.
