Makes 1 cocktail
1 ounce Hat Trick gin
1 ounce Comoz vermouth
1 ounce Tio Pepe fino sherry
1 crushed green olive
1 orange peel

- In a cocktail tin filled with ice, stir gin, vermouth, and sherry. Place olive in a nick and nora glass, then strain drink over top. Rub orange peel along rim and express oil into drink. Discard peel and serve.
